Commercial/Office Division

Our partner based in Banbury is looking to recruit a full time Reception/Administrator. The role would suit someone who is comfortable in a busy office and has previous experience providing both reception and administrative support in a commercial environment. Our client offers an open working environment and so you would need to be comfortable engaging with fellow colleagues on a daily basis.

The main will include:-

• Be front of house in handling our reception work which includes answering the phone, and looking after clients attending our office.
• Distributing incoming post and frank and record outgoing post and deliver this to the Post Office.
• Controlling all stationery supplies and re-ordering as needed.
• Assisting in preparing invoices to send to clients, recording those invoices and chasing up slow payers by reminders and phone calls, as necessary.
• Recording monies received and assist with banking in Chipping Norton.
• Supervising and controlling archiving, which is held in sealed storage units in Bicester.
• Dealing with third parties in relation to maintenance, utilities and advertising.
• Assisting with administrative controls associated with the running of the practice, to include filing, maintaining holiday and sickness records, and checking clients’ records in and out of the office.
