£9.50 per hour  Temporary

On Going Temporary Position- Supervisor Barista
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor with Barista Skill. The ideal candidate will be leading a team of up to 3 staff and ensuring a smooth and efficient running of a high end deli and café based in the bustling market town of Thame. This role has an immediate start and will run until around the end of March.
Our client a luxury food retailer is looking to strengthen their team with an experienced and passionate individual to drive the store to the next level of their business however in the mean time they are looking for an individual to support the current team at this busy time.
Key responsibilities:
• Maintain the highest standards of service
• Assist with the quality control of all food and beverages
• Make coffee, take orders and serve customers to table or from the deli counter
• Take payments and supervise all staff on the till
• Supervise temperature checks and the management of food allergen, hygiene, health and safety procedures
• General housekeeping
• Maximising sales

• You will be fully Barista trained with a background in Hospitality
• Have excellent self presentation
• Have previous supervisory experience
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Enthusiastic, friendly, polite and presentable with an outgoing personality
• Demonstrate a proactive and consultative approach
• High standards and strong customer service skills
• Have professional maturity, with a flexible, pro-active and ‘can do’ attitude
• Be able to get to Thame, Oxfordshire
• Flexibility to work 5 days a week including Saturdays until the end of March 2018
