Our client, a worldwide bespoke aviation business has opened up a fantastic opportunity for a headstrong Temporary Bookkeeper to join their rapidly growing business. If you’re a hard working, loyal and flexible individual this fantastic role is not one to be missed. As a bookkeeper you will be instrumental in the implementation of computerised systems into the work place, you must possess outstanding process improvement capabilities to streamline and put in place internal procedures.
Your key responsibilities as a Temporary Bookkeeper will include:
• Sales & Purchase Ledger management.
• Preparation of payment runs.
• Liaising with both suppliers and customers for any accounts related queries.
• Daily bank reconciliation.
• Management of petty cash.
• Invoicing.
• Running year end.
• Preparation and submission of VAT return.
• Budget management.
• Company payroll for employees to include pension contributions and reimbursement of expenses
You must be a confident Bookkeeper with the ability to work in multiple currencies, hold an industry qualification or QBE, with a sound knowledge of Microsoft packages and computerised Accounts Software.
You must be confident working as part of a small team, have a flexible approach to work and be a committed and loyal worker. For the right candidate the working hours can be flexible within the core business hours. For your hard work you will be rewarded with a competitive salary. Your own transport will be required due to the rural location of this company.
