Estimator & Field Sales Support

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for somebody with previous customer service experience to join a global, forward thinking company dedicated to providing creative and innovative solutions and specialist building products.
We are looking for a field support member to join the existing internal sales departments to deliver excellent customer service whilst nurturing continuous relationships internally and externally.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
• Generating estimates and follow up
• Process orders using internal CRM
• Liaising with Area Manager regarding workload and pricing structures
• Proactive telephone follow-through of the project for information updates from contractors
• Respond to literature/sample requests and advertising responses
Deal with all enquiries to the sales office.
If you are a Customer Service orientated team player with an excellent telephone manner, meticulous attention to detail, ability to work in an extremely busy environment to deadlines then this will be an exciting and varied role for you!

Due to the rural location of this role you must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours flexi-day between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
