£22,000 - £24,000 Permanent
Working for a highly successful Global company you will be the first point of contact and a very valuable member of the team as the Office Administrator. Offering a generous salary of between £22-24,000 dependent on experience. With plenty of benefits and a generous holiday allowance of 25 days plus Bank Holidays.
• Receiving visitors, handling all incoming telephone calls;
• Arranging accommodation and travel;
• Running the administrative function
• Opening customer accounts
• Processing of purchase orders and credit control
• Secretarial support to Managing Director and Commercial Director
• Office Management to include ordering stationary, supplies and taking charge of office maintenance
• Must bee IT literate with good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, SAP and CRM. Lotus would be desirable;
• Customer service experience;
• Strong administration skills;
• Numeracy skills are essential.
