Office Administrator


22,000 - 24,000  Permanent

Working for a highly successful Global company you will be the first point of contact and a very valuable member of the team as the Office Administrator. Offering a generous salary of between 22-24,000 dependent on experience. With plenty of benefits and a generous holiday allowance of 25 days plus Bank Holidays.


Receiving visitors, handling all incoming telephone calls;
Arranging accommodation and travel;
Running the administrative function
Opening customer accounts
Processing of purchase orders and credit control
Secretarial support to Managing Director and Commercial Director
Office Management to include ordering stationary, supplies and taking charge of office maintenance

Skills required:

Must bee IT literate with good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, SAP and CRM. Lotus would be desirable;
Customer service experience;
Strong administration skills;
Numeracy skills are essential.
