A fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator has been presented for an individual who is a motivated, analytical and dedicated.

You be will be keen to develop through further education provided within the company and its training structure. In addition to this you will also be required to liaise and work closely with the Warehouse Manager; therefore you will be organised, analytical, and results-driven. You will be required to work individually, although will possess a dynamic and close relationship with the customer service, supply chain, distribution and project management teams.
Key duties for a Warehouse Administrator will include but not be limited to the following:
Ensure that all picks are produced and available to all warehouse staff in an organised and efficient capacity
Work to streamlined processes, achieving a same day action for all administration duties in relation to warehouse operations
Co-responsibility for value-adding and value reducing internal warehouse postings
Receive planning for all warehouse and distribution teams and ensure all are coherent
Take responsibility for any corrections/ changes and updates to daily duties and prioritisations for customers
Work with the Project Manager on new and existing projects devised by the management teams
Responsible for the deposition of additional vehicles required
Create and deliver on various reports to Warehouse Management, daily and weekly
Adhere to full compliance of all health and safety regulations
Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of your department to meet company standards#
The right candidates will possess the following attributes for the position of Warehouse Administrator:
Proven career history within a similar position
Able to demonstrate organisational skills, flexibility and quality to all aspects of the role
It would be advantageous that you have had professional experience in the logistics industry
Awareness of various storage systems and processes
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
Have excellent analytical, organizational and problem solving capabilities
Experience with Warehouse management systems
Be able to communicate effectively both verbal and written capacities
High level of assertiveness and strategic thinking
Develop yourself continuously
