A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a candidate with previous telesales/internal sales experience. Our client is the UK’s only distributor of their specialised product and they tailor make solutions to meet their customer’s requirements.

They are looking to expand their sales team with a Telesales Executive who will use various methods to generate new business and to cleanse the existing database to find potential new sales leads. You will be selling directly to your accounts over the phone and will be utilising your telesales experience to further a rapidly growing company within the construction industry.

Your duties will include -
• Generating new sales leads
• Managing your own database of clients
• Developing relationships with new and existing accounts
• Increasing sales in a vibrant growing business
• Providing exceptional customer service to all clients
• Updating the CRM system for all accounts
• Mail merge marketing

The ideal person will be a confident and clear communicator both verbally and written, be an organised team player with the ability to work under pressure and will have the creative ability to hunt and find opportunities and win new business. The aim of this role is to increase sales in a vibrant growing business so you will need to be motivated, have strong negotiation skills and account management ability. You must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Outlook, and be passionate about joining a friendly family run business.
