18,000 to 20,000 - Permanent Position

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded individual looking for a Technical Support role within an expanding and tremendously successful company.

Your duties will include:
Supporting customers with technical enquiries
Handling complaints
Escalating to engineer's when necessary
Taking anywhere between 30/40 calls a day
Logging the complaints onto the system

The requirements for the role include:
The ideal candidate will have some IT training/knowledge or even be an IT graduate
Good knowledge of Networking and Command CMD
A knowledge of MAC would be useful
Excellent customer service skills
Articulate and diplomatic
Able to handle pressure and multi-task
An exceptional command of the English language both written and spoken

The Technical Support role is paying a salary of 18-20,000 dependant on experience. Package includes 20 Days Holiday, Pension, Childcare Vouchers and Incentives. You will be working shifts 08:00 to 16:00 or 10:00 to 18:00 on a rotation plus some weekends.
