Mandarin Speaking Luxury Sales Assistant

A luxury brand that prides themselves on their quality and craftsmanship are looking for dynamic Mandarin speakers to join their successful business within the Bicester Village shopping outlet.

You will be subject to high volumes of trade and will experience long peak trading hours, so finding motivation through working in a fast paced environment is a must. You will have a passion and keen interest in fashion and trends, along with a desire to learn and impart knowledge about the product. This role is perfect for someone who has proven exceptional customer service skills and is driven to achieving targets.

Roles will include
• Delivering the highest standards of customer service, ensuring that client’s needs are fully catered for.
• Reflect the brand through professional attitude, personal appearance, dress code and behaviour.
• Awareness of personal and team K.P.I’s to ensure targets are achieved.
• Ownership on the sales floor, ensuring it is correctly stocked and presented.
• Developing detailed product knowledge to enhance the service and information provided to the customer, familiar with advertised lines, best / slow sellers and new styles.
• Building a personal client base and rapport to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty, contacting prospective customers when needed to promote new items or special offers.
• Ensure that company cash handling procedures are followed at all times.
• Replenishment of product and following company procedures to ensure effective stock controls and records, participating in team stock takes, when required.
• Participating in store meetings, training events, promotional events, when required.
• Manage customer enquiries and returns, ensuring that the customers’ expectations are met and exceeded.
• To maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Proactively communicate with colleagues, management, clients and guests.

Candidate requirements
• English and Mandarin speaking.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience within a fashion brand.
• Have an active interest in luxury brands and lifestyle.
• Must be eager to learn and have a thirst for knowledge.
• Have strong customer service and selling skills.
• Confident and forward thinking, with a professional, polite and friendly attitude.
• Enjoy working within a team environment, yet able to work on own initiative.
• Have an understanding of visual merchandising.
• Pride in your appearance and immaculately dressed at all times.
