Great opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Sales Support Coordinator who enjoys a wide variety of tasks and working for a thriving company.

Duties as a Sales Support Coordinator include:
• Working to tight deadlines, liaising between clients and suppliers;
• Helping to prepare tenders;
• General administration
• Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email
• Ordering equipment, handling client queries, logistics relating to deliveries
• Preparing quotes and proposals and raising purchase orders
• Picking and packing as required
• Maintaining spreadsheets
• Maintaining files and databases
• Invoicing and banking

Requirements for the Sales Support Coordinator role:
• Must be IT Literate, especially Excel, Access and Word, PowerPoint would be useful;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrable organisation skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Good at problem solving
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Professional at all times

A salary of £22,000 is being offered along with 25 days holiday (3 to be held over for Christmas). Your working hours will be 9.00am to 5.00pm.
