Great opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Sales Support Coordinator who enjoys a wide variety of tasks and working for a thriving company.
Duties as a Sales Support Coordinator include:
Working to tight deadlines, liaising between clients and suppliers;
Helping to prepare tenders;
Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email
Ordering equipment, handling client queries, logistics relating to deliveries
Preparing quotes and proposals and raising purchase orders
Picking and packing as required
Maintaining files and databases
Invoicing and banking
Requirements for the Sales Support Coordinator role:
Must be IT Literate, especially Excel, Access and Word, PowerPoint would be useful;
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrable organisation skills
Previous customer service experience
Good at problem solving
Positive can-do attitude
Professional at all times
A salary of £22,000 is being offered along with 25 days holiday (3 to be held over for Christmas). Your working hours will be 9.00am to 5.00pm.
