Commercial/Office Division


9.00-5.30 with one hour for lunch. 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. Free parking. Staff parties and lunches. Unlimited teas and coffees.
Duties
• Develop relevant product knowledge and skills for the extensive range of products, keeping up to date with new products
• Keeping informed of policies and procedures, preparing quotes for customers.
• Processing orders.
• Maintain records up on the in-house system and files.
• Arrange and co-ordinate delivery, liaising with customers on delivery and stock availability.
• Working closely with the service and warranty
• Participate in any internal training which may be relevant to the job role.
• To communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, handling telephone enquiries and keeping customers informed at all times
• Carry out and be responsible for all associated filing, archiving etc.
• To provide cover for other staff members during periods of absence.

Required skills

• Previous experience with Microsoft office (Excel/Word) would be an advantage.
• Basic English, Math’s and IT skills are required.
• Essential that you have customer services skills.
• Good eye for detail
