Develop relevant product knowledge and skills for the extensive range of products, keeping up to date with new products
Keeping informed of policies and procedures, preparing quotes for customers.
Maintain records up on the in-house system and files.
Arrange and co-ordinate delivery, liaising with customers on delivery and stock availability.
Working closely with the service and warranty
Participate in any internal training which may be relevant to the job role.
To communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, handling telephone enquiries and keeping customers informed at all times
Carry out and be responsible for all associated filing, archiving etc.
To provide cover for other staff members during periods of absence.
Previous experience with Microsoft office (Excel/Word) would be an advantage.
Basic English, Maths and IT skills are required.
Essential that you have customer services skills.
Good eye for detail
