Your key duties will include:
Attend daily meetings to organise the tasks for each day
Liaise with clients and colleagues both over the phone and face to face.
Produce and collate documentation to support customer reports
Use in house software and systems to upload data accurately and efficiently
Diary management for external consultants
Maintenance and upkeep of spreadsheets and databases
Faxing, photocopying and general filing
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and adaptable.
