Part time Receptionist

£9.50ph - Temporary Position

I am currently recruiting an experienced, outgoing and professional individual to be the face of an exciting business based in Kidlington. My client require a candidate with Receptionist experience and a natural ability to manage and prioritise their workload. If you thrive from providing exceptional customer service and being the core of the company my client would love to have you on board.
Main duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Managing a busy switchboard / answering all inbound calls and queries.
- Providing fantastic face to face and telephone customer service.
- Meeting and greeting of all visitors.
- Making tannoy announcements as and when required.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and ensuring all confidential documentation is securely stored.
- Remaining proactive throughout the day and keeping calm and collected under pressure.
- Helping with other duties to support the needs of the business as and when they arise.
Office working are 8:30am Ė 5:00pm Thursday and Friday although you must be flexible to work additional hours if required. Immediate start is available, donít hesitate to apply!
