Based in Europe’s most exciting outlet village, applicants must be able to deal with high volume trade, therefore the boutique are searching for an enthusiastic, self motivated and professional individual to represent the brand and exceed customers’ expectations.
Our client utilises the fantastic quality materials and yarns, synonymous with British heritage, to create superior luxury clothing and accessories. The brand uses the finest leathers and suede, alongside expertly woven tweeds, made from Scottish wool, to create contemporary designs. This has been vital to their success and growth thus far, and they are now looking to continue building their team further. If desired, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow within the company, joining them on their journey of establishing them as a popular international brand.
•Providing exceptional standards of customer service
•Reflect the brand through professional attitude, personal appearance, dress code and behaviour
•Achieving personal and store KPI targets in order to increase boutique sales performance
•Developing and maintaining detailed product knowledge to enhance the service and information provided to the customer
•Building a personal client base and rapport to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
•Ensure that company cash handling procedures are followed at all times
•Professionally and calmly resolving customer complaints, finding solutions and dealing with problems promptly
•Replenishment of product and following company procedures to ensure effective stock controls and records, participating in team stocktakes, when required
•Attendance and participation in store meetings, brand training, promotional events, when implemented
•Ensuring VM standards, general merchandise presentation and housekeeping reflects the boutique guidelines at all times
•English and Mandarin speaking
•Excellent communication skills
•Experience of working within a fast paced environment, with multiple demands and priorities
•Respectful and polite manner, eager to exceed customers expectations
•Uses initiative and seeks opportunities to meet and pre-empt clients needs
