A rare and very exciting opportunity for an exceptional administrator to join a very successful professional firm in a critical support role.

A competitive salary is on offer, dependent on experience. Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours a day with flexible working hours. 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and your birthday. • Providing administrative support in order to arrange critical site visits
• Telephoning clients to arrange/discuss arrangements
• Managing and keeping up-to-date multiple spreadsheets
• Liaising with internal staff, in particular to coordinate site visits
• Recording details and progress reports within bespoke internal systems
• Proficient in preparing mail merges and distributing letters
• Liaise with external teams
• Assisting in maintaining document control systems
• Assisting the teams with time, expenses, whereabouts and holiday recording
• Working in accordance with ISO 9001: issuing Purchase Orders, Order
Acknowledgements and other IS0 forms


• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and desire to work as a team
• Confident and friendly telephone manner
• Excellent all-round IT skills (must be highly proficient in Excel and Word) to include mail merge
• Confident communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven ability to prioritise heavy workloads and work to tight deadlines
• Approachable, flexible and adaptable
• Accustomed to working in a busy team environment
