Luxury Brand Retail Division

A truly British luxury brand, has announced a thrilling opportunity for a confident and energetic Supervisor to join their boutique team within the world renowned Bicester Village. Our client utilises fantastic quality leathers and suede, alongside expertly woven tweeds, made from Great British wool, to create superior, contemporary luxury outerwear and accessories. This has been vital to their success and growth in the last 10 years. Still a relatively emerging fashion brand, they desire to continue building their team, with scope, if desired, for the successful candidate to grow and move within the company, joining them on their journey of establishing them as a popular international brand.

Key responsibilities and duties:
Providing high quality service, aiming to go above and beyond for customers
Keyholder duties, opening and closing the store
Leading the team, communicating targets, planning the day, driving service standards
Ensuring all policies and procedures are met daily by sales team
Representing the brand at all times
Housekeeping and merchandising, ensuring store standards are maintained
Efficiently following till, stock and sale procedures
Achieving personal and store KPI targets
Regularly supporting, motivating, coaching the team to provide excellent standards of service
Involvement in delivery acceptance, processing of stock, replenishment and stock takes
Awareness of any stock security issues and communicating to management as necessary
Develop and maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge and using this to advise customers
Using Bright Pearl Software System and assisting on the in store I-pad
Attendance, involvement and support in any brand training rolled out and implemented
Complying with Health and Safety regulations

Key skills and profile required:
Customer focussed with a proactive, vibrant and friendly personality
A natural gift for sales, inspiring enthusiasm for the product in others, in order to buy
The desire to be a brand ambassador at all times
A team player, working with others to achieve brand integrity, goals and deadlines
Proven experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
Previous experience of working within retail, luxury is preferential
Enjoyment of working within a fast paced environment
Presenting a professional image
Good time management and organisation
A loyal employee with a desire for longevity and progression
Energy and passion for luxury retail with a reliable and conscientious attitude
