We are currently recruiting for a diligent and methodical Administrator to work with us on a 6 month contract.
As a Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team based within the Bicester office, which will consist of (but not be limited to) the following duties:
Provide a warm, personable and positive welcome to all visitors to the K2 Recruitment office.
Answer incoming calls and transfer to relevant department or take in depth messages to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Provide outstanding customer service at all times to all clients and candidates.
Collate all weekly timesheets and create weekly bookings on the bespoke database to pass to payroll for timely and accurate payment of temp wages.
Maintain the in-house company database to set standards, ensuring compliance at all times.
Advertise all live jobs for each department to adhere to company standards.
Taking up references for all candidates registered.
Assisting with company marketing projects if required.
Manage ad hoc administrative projects.
Monitor and replenish company branded literature and stationery.
Assist on ad-hoc projects, campaigns and assignments as required.

You must have excellent attention to detail with a particular focus on English Grammar and spelling, and be able to juggle a busy workload within a fast paced working environment. You must be proficient in all Microsoft Packages and also have experience of using bespoke databases. Organisation, time management and the ability to work to deadlines are key in this role so ideally we will be looking for evidence of this as your key strengths. The ideal candidate will have proven administrative experience and ideally educated to A Level standard in English. You must be passionate about providing an excellent service to everyone you meet, have a warm and welcoming personality and a professional telephone manner. As you will be the face of our business you must be well presented and spoken.
