Exciting opportunity for an internal sales professional to join a very successful bespoke furniture manufacturer. This role will suit an ambitious self-starter who is looking to make a big difference to both the company and their career.

20, 000 to 24,000 salary plus commission. 9.00 to 5.00 Monday to Friday. 20 days holiday, 2/3 days to be held over for Christmas close down. Benefits including: parking, overtime, discount on goods, pension.

Responsibilities:

Telesales experience, interacting with new and existing customer, building and maintaining relationships being the core focus of the role;
Researching, identifying and researching potential customers
Answering all incoming calls efficiently and professionally, responding to customer enquiries
Identifying customer needs and making positive recommendations using product features and benefits
Sales administration duties as required

Skills Required

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, capable of working under their own initiative
Sales account management, telesales and cold calling experience essential
Experience of using CRM systems
Effective call planning and appointment generation experience
Lead generation
Target-driven and able to work to agreed targets
Exemplary customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, written and oral
Capable to keeping up to date with the administration
