We are currently recruiting for a Stores Operative to join one of three large sites in the UK for Europes leading supplier of vacuum handling equipment and restricted access lifting machinery. My client is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to work alongside their stores team, reporting to their Inventory Controller.
Daily duties and responsibilities will include:
Receiving and despatching goods to customers
Maintaining a clean work area
Ensuring stock is put into the correct location
Booking in and out stock accurately
Any other adhoc duties that may be required
You will be working for a family owned business who have a passion for delivering a phenomenal service to current high profile customers across the UK and Europe.
To be considered for this role, you must:
Have previous experience within a similar role
Be able to work independently, using initiative
Have working knowledge of Microsoft office packages
Proven time management and organisation skills
My client is offering a competitive salary with working hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm. The opportunity for frequent overtime is offered alongside 22 days holiday + bank holidays which increases with length of service.
