Customer Care Executive

An interesting permanent role has arisen within a company that has seen fantastic growth within the last few years and is one of the leaders in a highly specialist field.
A salary of £19,000 is on offer with a 10% annual bonus. Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 5.00 with one hour for lunch and 25 days holiday.
They are looking to bring two new individuals into the customer care team. Working within a close knit and supportive team to deliver high levels of customer service, you will communicate with members of the public and external bodies to ensure orders are placed and any queries are resolved.
Taking inbound calls from customers, placing orders, resolving queries
Manage requests in a timely and polite manner
Develop a good rapport with customers
Processing orders on the system accurately and efficiently
Logging and managing orders on the company database
Develop good working relationships with other department and support the field team.
Work with your team to achieve objectives and targets.
Keep up to date with new and existing products in order to support customers
A good knowledge of order entry systems
Knowledge of CRM and finance systems
Good telephone manner, ability to correspond effectively on the phone, email and electronic media
Ability to prioritise and balance work schedules
Able to work to demanding deadlines
Able to work with minimum supervision
High attention to detail
Fast accurate data entry skills
Full training will be given but a willingness is key to this role
Due to the rural location, own transport is essential
