An excellent opportunity to join this well-established local company and its committed and passionate sales team as a Telesales Consultant.

Working as a Telesales Consultant requires passion, dedication and a real hunger to succeed, with self-motivation being the key to your own success. This is a part-time/term-time only role, 39 weeks per year, worked and paid for 40 weeks and pay spread out over 12 months. 9.00 per hour plus achievable bonus. Hours 10.00-3.00 with half an hour for lunch, 5 days a week during term-time.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Using the in-house database to call current and prospective clients with a view to selling all products and upselling to current users;
Tailoring your sales approach to meet the needs of individual clients;
Gain in depth product knowledge to enable effective sales technique;
Ensure efficient data entry of all call activity onto in-house database;
Work towards set daily call targets, minimum of 30 call per day; and
Full training given for each new campaign.

Requirements for this role:

Basic computer skills essential;
Previous telesales / customer service experience; and
Desire to learn and work hard essential.
