Our Client, is at the forefront of Fashion sustainability. Beautifully produced RTW clothing from environmentally friendly fabrics situated in the heart of the Luxury shopping destination that Is Bicester Village. This position is a for a full time (40Hours), fully flexible Key Holder. As a key holder you will be rewarded with a competitive salary as well a generous commission scheme.

You must be able to demonstrate a strong level of organisational skills as well a passion for people. As a large part of your role will be Customer Relations Management, you must want to have a desire to excite and delight your Client base. This will be done by building up a network of Clients on your own personal work phone, keeping them up to date with the latest products, outfit builds and interesting pieces.

The successful candidate will be required to complete the following duties:

• Provide an excellent level of customer service and shopping experience at all times;
• Be a brand ambassador, representing the boutique in a professional, presentable manner;
• Assist and maintain visual standards to a high level;
• Operate electronic systems to assist customers and ensure correct records of stock;
• Flexible within your daily hours and complete 5 out of 7 days per week;
• Opening / closing, following training;
• Processing deliveries and replenishing stock;
• Assisting with any stocktakes, team meetings / training; and
• Proactively driving sales and client base, offering a personal tailored service.

The skills and experience required of the desired candidate are:

• A passion and interest for fashion;
• You must be self-motivated with a desire to progress personally and professionally;
• Appreciation of the product and a love for the brand;
• Minimum of one year’s experience in fashion retail or a similar service-based industry;
• An enjoyment of managing clients personally, networking and using initiative;
• Experience and love of working as part of a team, to achieve targets;
• Confident, friendly personality, with the ability to remain calm in difficult situations;
• A natural gift for sales, inspiring enthusiasm for the product in others, in order to buy;
• Language speaking skills, are desired but not essential; and
• A want to make money and achieve KPI’s.
