An exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Insurance Broker to join an established company based in Buckingham. As an Account handler you will already have at least 12 months commercial insurance experience and will be able to ‘hit the ground running’ and handle and grow and existing client base. You will be dealing with clients by phone, email or face to face and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Generating new leads and business opportunities.
• FCA compliance along with company procedures and policies.
• Supporting the Senior Account Executive and manage your own portfolio.
• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with clients, insurers and underwriters;
• General administration duties.
Requirements for this role:
• Previous experience in a Commercial insurance role is essential
• Proven track record of creating revenue and developing business
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• IT Literate to include Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Proof of CPD records will be required.
