Marketing Administrator
An opportunity to work for an innovative Bicester based company that recognises and rewards talent and who are market leaders in their field. Will suit an experienced all-round administrator with experience working in marketing. You will be assisting with the production of marketing material, literature, web content as well as improving the SEO, promoting social media awareness and attending occasional trade exhibitions. You will need to be a team player. Salary circa 22,000 (possibly more but dependent on experience). 8.00 to 5.00 Monday to Thursday, 8.00 to 4.30 on Friday. 25 days holiday. Pension. On-site parking.
Duties
Providing a full and comprehensive administrative service including typing of correspondence, data input, filing, scanning and photocopying;
Arranging for deliveries and collections
Handling telephone enquiries, escalating any issues as required
Order processing and maintaining accurate records and updating order boards
Support of sales delivery team
Assisting with monthly invoicing using Sage (training will be given)
Assist with the production of marketing material and literature, such as web content, brochures and press releases
Assist with collation of information for promotional material
Assist with the organization of events, exhibitions and seminars
Upload material to the website(s) social media pages
Evaluate marketing campaigns using tracking and analytical software to assess the results
Liaise with graphic and website designers, external designers and printers
Help with preparation of presentations by assembling videos and slideshows
Attend occasional trade shows and exhibitions
Assist with the development of the company profile both in the UK and globally

Key requirements
Previous administration experience
Attention to detail are essential
Numeracy skills would be an advantage
Must be a team player
Willing and able to learn new things
Good working knowledge of MS office packages to include Word, Excel and Powerpoint and ideally other design packages and photoshop
Good level of education
Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
An Interest in technology/engineered products and systems for industrial applications would be a great advantage
Excellent communication skills and able to build and sustain good working relationships
Personable and professional as well as a strong desire to achieve objectives and targets
An eye for detail and attention to detail are essential
Numeracy skills essential
Full driving licence required
