Fabulous opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a well-established team within local business who is going from strength to strength.

Working within the main operations team you will be supporting both external customers and internal colleagues. Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Progressing sales orders through internal systems ensuring all PO’s and paperwork received in advance
• Answering incoming customer enquiries and transferring calls as required
• Manage the process of “one off” jobs from initial order stage to completion, collation of all paperwork and instructing for invoice
• Supporting off site engineers as required
• Completing all necessary paperwork one each customer job is complete and closing off the job on in-house systems
• Production of reports and management information
• Data manipulation and analysis as required on Excel

You must have proven experience within an administrative based role, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment which will often attract a high workload. You must be able to multi task, have excellent communication skills, and have first rate attention to detail.

You must have intermediate IT skills, be comfortable manipulating data on Excel and confident at picking up bespoke databases.

Hours of work are 8.45am – 5.30pm with a slightly earlier finish on a Friday, 20 days holiday, government pension scheme and onsite parking are offered alongside this role.
