£19,000 and £21,000 - Permanent Position

An interesting and rewarding opportunity for an experienced administrator who takes great pride in accuracy and quality of work, someone who is ideally a bit of an IT wizard and wants join an innovative and very friendly company. There is plenty of opportunity for progression.
Salary of between £19,000 and £21,000. 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. 8.00 to 5.00 Monday to Thursday and 8.00 to 4.30 on a Friday being a 39.5 hour week with one hour for lunch. There may be some flexibility over how the hours are worked.
• Provide comprehensive admin support including photocopying, typing, faxing, scanning and other duties as required
• Arrange for couriers for deliveries and pick-ups
• Maintain the order board to show all deliveries and hires outs, always keeping up to date
• Escalating to managers of any issues arising
• Answering telephone enquiries in an efficient manner
• Handing customers’ accounts enquiries, provision of invoices, proof of deliveries etc
• Supporting the delivery drivers/trainers, passing on messages, providing directions and maps and arranging for accommodation
• Assist with Sage accounting systems for all customer accounts (training given)
• Assist with month end invoicing on in-house system, posting or emailing invoices and statements on the last day of month
• Inputting of all deliveries, sales, hires and off hires on to the bespoke in-house system (training given)
• Providing cover for the office manager in their absence and carry out any relevant duties
• Specifically, someone with some good IT skills to include Excel, Word, Outlook and ideally Sage
• Previous administration experience essential
• Very important is a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Willing and able to learn new things
• Team player is absolutely essential
