Would you like to be a part of an innovative organization that prides themselves on quality, expertise and looking after the environment? My Client is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their UK leading organisation on a long-term temporary basis.
Your main duties will include;
Responsible for carrying out all equipment monitoring controls, assessment of equipment spares, ordering and control to ensure high availability of the plants equipment
Deliver on scheduled, breakdown and planned maintenance activities
Maintenance and servicing, repairing and logging accurately of all mechanical plant equipment
Ensure equipment compliance with the environmental management system and consent requirements
Maintaining company standards coherently and efficiently
Completion of repair and rebuilds in given time frames
Keep up to date records of stock
In order to be considered for this role you must have:
A minimum three years in the power generation industry
Extensive knowledge of power generation operations and maintenance
ONC/City and Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in a Mechanical Engineering discipline with a high level of practical Operational/Maintenance experience/knowledge (Qualifications below this may be acceptable if accompanied by suitable experience)
