Experienced Customer Service Advisor urgently required. You will need to be outgoing, friendly, forward thinking, proactive and a career orientated professional who would like to work for a local contemporary fashion brand that have grown organically whilst keeping all of its values then this could be the role for you. Salary up to £23,000 DOE. 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. Fantastic perks and benefits. Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00 with 30 minutes for lunch.
Duties:
• First point of contact for all phone calls and emails
• Handling queries and complaints
• Taking and processing orders
• Liaising with existing and new clients
• Arranging logistics for newly received orders
• Liaising face to face with sales staff and sales managers
• Providing updates on stock availability and deliveries
• Maintaining great attention to detail and organisational skills
• Meeting pre agreed deadlines and client SLA’s
• Confidently liaising with other head office departments and stores
Requirements for this role
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Must have excellent IT skills including advanced Excel skills
• Experience of luxury fashion is preferred as you will be expected to answer questions on styling and fitting
• A natural customer service ambassador
• Own transport is essential for this role due to rural location
• Due to the urgency of this role only candidates who are immediately available will be considered
• Highly efficient and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and targets
• Professional and diplomatic
• Able to work well as part of a team or confidently independently
