Consumer Service Advisor

Our client, a house hold in the leisure and entertainment industry, is looking for a customer focused, dynamic, problem solving individual who is willing to learn from others around them. If you can work well as part of a team and keep calm under pressure then we look forward to hearing from you.
Your duties will include but are not limited to;
Dealing with high levels of daily emails, calls, post
Handle customer queries and complaints to a satisfactory solution within company time frame
Ordering of products, perform product testing, write up FAQs for company sites
Proof reading of marketing material including brochures
Source, manage and dispatch replacement parts
Continuous communication and updates with client
All general office administration
Requirements for the Role:
At least 3 years experience working in consumer/administration
Excellent communication both verbal and written
Be able to work under pressure
Happy to work on your own and be a team player
IT Literate (a knowledge of SAP would be advantageous but not essential) as well as a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic to learn, keep calm under pressure and work well as part of a team. Excellent communication both verbally and written is essential, and comfortable in both delivering results and effectively managing issues as and when they arise. A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office is also required.
The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.00-4.45pm and Friday 8-12.30pm, 25 days paid holiday, contributory pension scheme.
