Consumer Service Advisor

£23,000 - Permanent Position

Our client, a house hold in the leisure and entertainment industry, is looking for a customer focused, dynamic, problem solving individual who is willing to learn from others around them. If you can work well as part of a team and keep calm under pressure then we look forward to hearing from you.
Your duties will include but are not limited to;
• Dealing with high levels of daily emails, calls, post
• Handle customer queries and complaints to a satisfactory solution within company time frame
• Ordering of products, perform product testing, write up FAQ’s for company sites
• Proof reading of marketing material including brochures
• Source, manage and dispatch replacement parts
• Continuous communication and updates with client
• All general office administration
Requirements for the Role:
• At least 3 years’ experience working in consumer/administration
• Excellent communication both verbal and written
• Be able to work under pressure
• Happy to work on your own and be a team player
• IT Literate (a knowledge of SAP would be advantageous but not essential) as well as a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic to learn, keep calm under pressure and work well as part of a team. Excellent communication both verbally and written is essential, and comfortable in both delivering results and effectively managing issues as and when they arise. A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office is also required.

The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.00-4.45pm and Friday 8-12.30pm, 25 days paid holiday, contributory pension scheme.
