Part Time Temporary Administrator

10 per hour - Temporary Position
Commercial/Office Division

Part time temporary administrator required for local business based in Bicester.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering calls, directing calls and relaying messages
Discussing the services of the business with any prospective new clients
Maintaining in-house database with up to date client info
Dealing with incoming enquiries
Collating data for management reports
Photocopying, filing and general administration across all business departments

Hours of work are 8.30am start on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday for between 6 7.5 hours each day.

You must have an excellent telephone manner, competent IT skills with experience in Microsoft Office, proven administrative experience, an organised approach to work and the ability to join a team and adapt with ease.
