Interesting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a successful international organisation based in Bicester. A salary of £20,000 is on offer. 9.00am-5.30pm. Free parking. On-going training. Staff parties and lunches.
Duties:
• Develop relevant product knowledge and skills of all existing and new company products
• Handle pricing enquiries from distributors and become familiar with all company policy and procedures.
• Process customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain and keep all records up to date in paper and computer format.
• Understand delivery policy and procedures in accordance with the warehouse and service departments to include warranty and parts
• Liaise with Customers on delivery and stock availability.
• To communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders and be pro-active and reactive to all telephone calls made.
• Carry out and be responsible for all filing associated with the role and also to assist with filing and archiving of other department records.
• To provide cover for other staff members during periods of absence.
• To assist with other adhoc duties as required.

Experience required:

• IT literate with strong Microsoft office (Excel/Word) would be an advantage.
• GCSE’s in both Maths and English
• Previous office experience would be an advantage
• Customer service experience would also be a strong advantage
