An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and dynamic Administrator to join a fast paced and strong team. The role is with one of the UK’s leading manufacturing companies in Bicester. This expanding company specialise in offering quality, expert knowledge and precision in all the work they undertake, working with each client intrinsically throughout the design process, manufacture and installation of their products. This small yet energetic and motivated team are looking for a like-minded individual to be an integral cog to support the smooth running of this growing business.

Duties will include:
• Being the first point of contact, dealing with incoming calls, including customer and client queries
• Order input and raising purchase orders
• Creating picklist and checking documentation
• Completing and filing customer and client documentation
• Managing distribution and logistics queries
• General customer service and support of other departments will also be required at times

Successful candidates will:
• Be highly motivated and able to think on their feet
• Have strong computer skills working with, work excel and outlook
• Be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Experience as an administrator is preferred but entry level applicants will be considered

Hours of work are 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday with an early finish on a Friday at 4pm.

The salary is dependent on experience but will be competitive and will reflect the skills needed to be successful in the role. Benefits include, free parking, canteen area, free tea and coffee, government pension and 28 days holiday inc Bank Holidays.
