We are currently recruiting for a temporary position for a Recruitment Administrator based in Bicester.

This is a full time role (37.5 hours per week) paying 10.81 per hour, starting immediately.

Ideally my client is looking for someone who has some similar experience however they are willing to consider someone who has a fabulous work ethic, can work unsupervised, follow strict processes and adhere to all compliance regulations, has excellent attention to detail and a fabulous telephone manner. If yo have assisted in Recruitment or HR in any part of your role and feel this is an area you would like to focus and progress in this could be the ideal role for you.

Duties will include:
Arranging face to face or video interviews
Compliance check and ensuring correct storage of all documentation
Right to work checks
Reference checking
Screening of applications

The role is be mainly home based (with one day per week in the office in Bicester) however at first, during training, more time in the office will be expected (possibly up to 3-4 days per week for the first 2-3 weeks until trained).

This is a temporary role, however there is the possibility this could turn into a fixed term contract role for the right candidate.
