We currently recruiting for an experienced outbound caller to work on a campaign for a very well-established business specialising in IT Solutions. There are 4 positions available, which would be suited to applicants who come from a telesales or customer service background.

Working from home you will be responsible for making high volume out bound calls to identify sales opportunities, so it is vital that you are self-motivated and driven.

The role will include:
• Cold calling prospective customers
• Working towards agreed KPI’s
• Developing rapport with clients and promoting the business
• Ensuring that you are up to date and well informed on the company products
• Maximising calls
• Logging and recording calls on the company database and Excel spreadsheets
• Diary managing to ensure call backs as required

Successful applicants will be:
• Highly motivated and able to multi task
• Experienced in a similar role and able to hit the ground running
• Have strong attention to detail and able to maintain accurate records of their calls
• Educated to GCSE level

Candidates must have their own laptop, phone line and strong broadband connection.

Normal hours of work will be 9 am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 9am to 4.30pm. For you hard work and commitment you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour.
