Membership Sales Consultant
|£23,000 per annum OTE - Permanent Position|

Duties will include but not be limited to:
Connect with members both face to face and via other media to promote & drive the centre
Supporting members to achieve their goals, promoting member retention and referrals
Actively promote and support a positive, fun, dynamic and productive environment for colleagues and members
Increase member number and retention via proactive sales with integrity
Embracing change and challenges, taking every opportunity to grow and develop, utilising knowledge and learning every day
Ensuring all H&S, brand standards and housekeeping is kept up to date and adhered to at all times
Engaging with members and the local community, working towards KPIs to achieve goals
The hours of work vary, but will be a total of 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, between the hours of 10am and 8pm. Weekend work is required and currently this is based on every other weekend.
