Luxury Client Advisor

£24,000 per annum plus 0.5% commission. - Permanent Position

An incredible opportunity has become available in a prestigious luxury boutique producing elegant and modern fashion as a Client Advisor. The boutique based within the international shopping destination of Bicester Village is looking for an individual to work alongside the goals and values of the brand striving for personal KPI’s that will support the growth and luxury service of the brand. Additionally, developing clientele and offering outstanding service to all clients that visit the boutique to extenuate reputation and repeat custom. Consisting of 40 hours per week including weekends, offering £24,000 plus 0.5% commission on all sales, plus quarterly bonus dependent on store performance.

Key Duties and Assignments:
• Understand, execute and value the importance of a client’s experience while in the boutique.
• Provide impeccable customer service, through the whole client experience, using the brands ethos to support your methods of selling.
• Follow weekly plans to entice new clientele and encourage existing patrons to return.
• Use a range of selling techniques to draw sentiment and passion into the experience, building rapport.
• Engage clients by offering a unique shopping experience.
• Work hard to maintain store appearance, completing replenishment, maintenance and organising stock.
• Create a welcoming luxury environment for all clients.
• Complete activities including sales and customer returns while efficiently providing remedies for any issues or queries.

• Have experience working within the luxury retail sector.
• Remain professional and composed at all times, even during peak times.
