An exciting opportunity for a confident and focused individual to join a company who pride themselves on providing the highest quality, as an Office Administrator. The family run business has its HQ in Bicester and works hard to provide excellent product and service at all times, you should support this through strong and passionate work ethic. The hours of work will consist of 09:00am-18:00pm Sunday to Thursday offering 23,000- 24,000 per annum dependent on experience.

Duties of the role:
Produce labels and paperwork that allows traceability at the start of every work day.
Print paperwork and split by wave alongside distributing the correct documentation to all the required departments.
Wait and record updated paperwork to confirm details and receipt.
Update catchweight, batch numbers as required.
Work and interact with the warehouse assisting them in busy periods.
Use the in-house system.
Take orders and raise manifests.

You must:
Show computer literacy and be able to learn new systems where required.
Be confident and have good communication skills both written and verbal.
Demonstrate a supportive work environment.
Efficiently complete tasks sticking to schedules and deadlines.
Understand and practice outstanding hygiene and cleanliness.
Experience in Stock Control would also be desirable but is not required.
