Sales Manager

£30,000-£35,000 per annum plus commission  - Permanent Position

An exciting experience for a passionate individual to join a business looking to grow their company. Searching for a Sales Manager they are looking to successfully develop their sales and connections, working on existing and new accounts. Generating your own leads, you will need to demonstrate excellent rapport maintenance and building, being an ambassador for the products you sell. Working hours will be 37.5hours a week independently structured from Monday to Friday, this is a remote role with the ability to work from home and out in the field but does require visits to the HQ in Bicester where necessary. Offering a salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum dependent on experience with a commission scheme in place.

Duties of the role:
• Managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
• Working on a business to business basis (B2B).
• Securing new accounts and contracts.
• Taking care of commercial customers and maintaining customer data base.
• Estimating, pricing and preparing quotes.
• Support and wok alongside the Sales team to grow the business.
• Take and manage potential sales calls coming from the Customer Service Team.

You must:
• Have experience working within the labelling and/or printing sector and B2B selling.
• Be able to commute to Bicester when required.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Show charisma and dedication to your role.
• Understand the product and its importance, after full training.
• Work well independently, being proactive in your approach.
• Display confidence in rapport building.
• Hold a full UK Driver’s Licence.

The business is also offering a company car, laptop and phone. With a good commission scheme.
