Our privately-owned client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their luxury boutique as a Sales Assistant. This is a great opportunity to support a brand in exciting progression and growth in their industry. The brand is looking for a passionate person to take on and adore the persona and ambition they pursue with their products. Working 20 hours per week based in Central London, Belgravia the brand is offering a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work hard to promote sales and repeat custom through a range of selling technique.
• Support management in maintaining excellent visual merchandising within the store.
• Aim to set an example for all peers, being positive and proactive in your approach to guest experience.
• Create a consistently unique guest experience, understanding how to use peoples needs and requests to enhance the shopping journey.
• Willingly learn and continuously develop brand knowledge.
• Meet KPI’s set by management to support store productivity and profit.

You must:
• Show good teamworking skills, working cohesively and creating a positive working environment and team spirit that lifts brands image.
• Have a desire to learn and develop knowledge within the brand, demonstrating creative thinking.
• Be positive and prepared for all eventualities, bringing a spark to the shop floor.
• Understand the importance of outstanding customer service.
