An exciting opportunity has arisen for a reliable and focused individual to join a team focused company who operate with the aim to provide customers the highest standard of service as an Account Coordinator on a temporary basis. The role will include supporting clients and customer responding to queries and processing bookings. Based Near Bicester company require 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday, at a salary of £10.50 per hour. The temporary position will run until the 30th September 2022.
Duties of the role:
• Respond to customer and clients queries alongside any additional ad hoc queries.
• Supply advice on estimated delivery times/dates while chasing late deliveries.
• Complete amendments and resolve customer complaints.
• Monitor and update systems to aid in the progression of all documentation and information through internal departments.
• Ensure proactive communication is continually conducted and maintained during the processes and booking of the service.
• Correspond with clients, building rapport and a strong professional relationship.
• Have strong administration skill sand be able to form relationships with clients and customers.
• Be able to proficiently use computers and adapt to new systems including Microsoft packages.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
• Show high attention to detail.
• Be a team player but also understand the importance of independent working.
• Display previous experience in a Customer Service background.
