Lettings Administrator

£20,000 - £25,000 per annum - Permanent Position

We are recruiting for a Lettings Administrator to join our client an independent Residential Lettings Company.

Based in Bicester this is a fantastic opportunity to join a small team of like-minded individuals where your main duties will include working on all elements of the business, using excellent attention to detail, keeping to deadlines and supporting the team.

The company is very flexible on the required hours for this role. They would be willing to take full-time or part-time and can offer flexibility on hours and days worked. However, this must include One Saturday in Four. Offering £20,000-£25,000 per annum (pro rata part time) dependent on experience.

Duties of the role:
• Deal with any enquiries from Landlords, Tenants and Applicants.
• Prepare agreements, legal notices and other documentation.
• Schedule and carry out viewings with prospective tenants.
• Day to Day property management completed through the company’s IT system.
• Support the lettings team and wider business in promotion.
• Complete preparations of new properties for marketing.
• Provide advice on matters involving regulatory compliance.
• Conduct routine property inspections and deal with any matters of maintenance.

You must:
• Be organised and able to prioritise your workload.
• Bring an enthusiastic and ‘can-do’ attitude to work that self-motivates.
• Work well as a team and individually.
• Show computer literacy, including the use of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Hold a clean, full UK Drivers Licence and have your own car.
• Demonstrate professionalism and diplomacy at all times.
• Have a keen eye for detail.

Experience within Lettings would be advantageous for this role.
