Our Client is looking for an all round Office Administrator to join their small but busy team.

This role will involve supporting a busy office in general administration and generally helping out where required.

Working Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 (37.5) hours per week.

This is a new role and is to offer administration support to a small team and so could include any of the duties below but may also additional to this.

Candidates must have a "can do" attitude and be able to help out as required.

Duties of the role:

Scheduling online diaries for field engineers
Proof reading, amending where necessary and forwarding engineer reports
Compiling and sending client certificates of compliance
Answering and dealing with telephone enquiries for both new and existing clients
Producing quotes for new and existing clients
Other ad hoc admin duties
Adding data onto their bespoke computer system
Answering telephone calls and directing them to the required person/department
Chase payment of outstanding invoices using the telephone, email and mail
QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS NEEDED

Must have good IT skills
Articulate and professional and friendly telephone manner
Need a commercial background either in admin or customer service
Passionate about service
Able to prioritise workload
Proven excellent attention to detail
Team player
