At K2 we are recruiting to add to our current team of fabulous consultants. If you have outstanding relationship building skills, the drive to succeed, an inquisitive nature, the tenacity and motivation to exceed set targets and a positive and cheery disposition then maybe you are one that we are looking for.
As a Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager your day to day duties will include:
• Nurturing existing client relationships and building new through telephone and face to face account management activities
• Possess the ability to identify and convert leads
• Attracting quality candidates through planned candidate strategy, including advertising, promotional activities, recommendations and any other means
• Conducting in depth candidate interviews face to face to secure a solid understanding of their needs and career aspirations to ensure a suitable role is achieved
• Matching candidates to client jobs, generating well written and enticing candidate profiles
• To complete all relevant office administration in line with company procedures
• Working to deadlines, often ever changing, and prioritising tasks with ease
• Ensuring that all company procedures are adhered to in a timely manner, and compliance is monitored accordingly
• Be involved in planned marketing activities in line with company strategy
The ideal candidate must have proven commercial business development experience in a target driven B2B environment. Previous experience within a Recruitment role would be advantageous however not essential for the right candidate.
You must be positive, approachable, proactive, have the ability to work in a fast-paced pressurised environment and be able to build lasting relationships with ease. You must be commercially aware, and be happy working to set targets and KPI’s, demonstrating enthusiasm and delight in achieving goals. You must possess a valid UK driving licence and your own transport.

This is not a hard, cut throat sales environment, we provide a bespoke service to local businesses who will benefit from our expertise and we rely on repeat business through a completely transparent approach to everyone we work with
This is a full time position working 40 hours per week. you will be guided through a comprehensive training package, and for your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary with additional uncapped commission scheme following probation. The ability to undertake fully funded industry specific qualifications is also available to consultants following successful completion of probation.
