Assistant Boutique Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a luxury brand based in the world-renowned destination of Bicester Village. The brand is looking for an operationally minded individual to join their friendly team as an Assistant Boutique Manager.

The key focus of this role will be to support the management in achieving efficient overall running of the store alongside achieving sales targets and KPI’s laid out by the area manager. Consisting of 40 hours a week requiring complete flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily running of the store, including holding team briefings, 1-1s, and the development of team and individual targets.
• Go above and beyond to exceed any customer expectation, working with stakeholders to understand the best-selling methods and techniques for the customer base.
• Develop and implement sales initiatives.
• Report and resolve issues with till systems, conducting maintenance as required.
• Manage store organisation and implement both store and corporate marketing activities and decoration guidelines within the store.
• Analyse customer traffic.
• Organise inductions for new starters.
• Respond to and resolve all customer complaints, feedback and queries.
• Support inventory management and finalising necessary documentation.
• Order POS materials.

You must:
• Bring innovation and creativity to the team with new ideas for Visual Marketing and boosting the stores performance.
• Have experience working as an assistant store manager or Supervisor within the retail sector.
• Act as a brand ambassador and grow in passion for the brand you are representing.
• Be able to communicate effectively with both peers and customers.
• Show computer literacy and be able to use Word and Excel.
• Support a proactive and positive team spirit.
• Display strategic and analytical thinking, while being able to problem solve and make decisions quickly.

Offering £36,000 per annum and attractive commission scheme.
