Guest Concierge

£11.51 per hour - Temporary Position
Luxury Brand Retail Division

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated individual to work within Europe’s most exciting outlet village. You will be required to provide a flagship standard of service to customers, maintaining the outstanding reputation of the business.

There are temporary and contract positions available for 3 months, to begin on the 01/10/2023, and will require training on the week beginning the 25/09/2023.

The key responsibilities of a Guest Concierge will be:
• Welcoming guests at varying locations within the destination.
• Continuously promote and advocate all functions, add on services and Brands through knowledgeable customer service.
• Take responsibility for resolving any customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, in line with company procedure.
• Communicating all procedures and policies where appropriate to ensure customers complete satisfaction at every opportunity.
• Create a comfortable space and offer refreshments.
• Ensure company CRM is completed correctly in line with company policy.
• Maintain knowledge of the current promotions/offers within the brands.
• Complete coach check-in.
• Offer a wider service through offering to book restaurants, tours, experiences, and attractions.
• Compile daily and weekly reports.

Personal Attributes:
• Have proven experience working with the public within a luxury hospitality or tourism environment with solid understanding of the tourism, luxury retail or hospitality sector, and the necessity to provide a world class customer service.
• Show ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and use own initiative.
• Be flexible in working hours and available to work weekends and evenings as required.
• Ideally have experience of dealing with international guests or customers.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Be IT literate in all Microsoft packages.
• Language skills are desirable.

This position is offering £11.51 per hour, you will be working 40 hours per week over be 5 days out of 7. You must be available to work full time with full flexibility from 01/10/2023- 31/12/2023.
