Parts Administrator

£24,000-£25,000 per annum - Permanent Position

An interesting opportunity has arisen within a company working for ingenuity as a Parts Administrator.

Working in a small team the main duties of your role will be to complete daily administration. Communicating with customers, maintaining records, dealing with pricing enquiries, and covering other staff when required.

Hours of work will consist of 09:00am-17:30pm Monday to Friday and offers £24,000 to £25,000 per annum dependent on experience.

Duties of the role:
• Assisting customers with queries regarding prices and parts required
• Maintaining the company database and updating as required
• Liaising with the warehouse regarding deliveries and customer queries
• Providing product support to dealerships
• Building good product knowledge regarding the company’s products and any new products introduced in to the range
• Processing orders using the online system
• Covering other staff roles when required

You must:
• Have great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Show excellent communication both written and verbal.
• Work well as a team, supporting the other members of staff.
• Be computer literate and understand basic numeracy.
• Demonstrate the ability to use Microsoft Office packages, including Excel and Outlook.
