A fantastic new role for a Customer Service Sales Administrator has become available within a progressive company. The company are looking for someone to join their team and interacting with customers and dealing with all enquiries, alongside processing orders and assisting the team.

Based in Bicester, working hours will consist of 09:00am-17:30pm Monday to Friday and offers a salary of 25,000 per annum.

Duties of the role:
Respond to all enquiries made from customers and clients and to inform them of any updates as necessary.
Raise tickets to indicate support requirements and complaints from customers.
Maintain records and keep them comprised of up to date information.
Pass relevant feedback to the noted department to support the improvement of service.
Develop comprehensive product knowledge.
Complete all filing associated with the role.
Process orders from customers.
Answer all telephone calls.
Communicate all information required to internal and external personnel.

You must:
Work well within a team, supporting colleagues and covering absence when required.
Be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word.
Show excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Have experience working in customer service and administration or a similar role.
Display a drive to do well and support continuous improvement.
