A fantastic opportunity for a charismatic and focused individual to join a growing company as a Receptionist. Offering full training this is a varied role positioned within a busy team.
You will be supporting the team in booking appointments and managing diaries. Working in a fast-paced environment for an ever-developing company, this Receptionist position will suit someone who is looking learn and develop existing skills while seeking opportunity.
This one-year maternity cover role will offer flexible start between 08:00-09:00am and finish between 16:00-17:00 Monday to Friday, 37.5-hours week.
Duties of the Receptionist:
• Greet and welcome all visitors.
• Managing Engineers diaries, appointments and job cards.
• Issue keys, meeting room and arrange catering and transport.
• Answer the phone, and redirect or deal with calls as necessary.
• Manage deliveries and post incoming and outgoing including producing, franking and posting letters.
• Complete data entry maintaining and updating company systems.
• File documents and set up folders electronically.
• Supervise group inboxes.
• Take notes when required.
• Adhoc general admin and receptionist duties.
You must:
• Have strong communication skills both written and verbal, including the use of the telephone.
• Be keen to learn and develop your skills.
• Show strong computer skills and literacy being able to use Microsoft Office and Outlook efficiently.
• Demonstrate flexibility and an enthusiastic approach to work.
• Work well in fast paced environment.
There is also the opportunity if desired for the Receptionist role to include basic accounts administration if desired.
Offering a salary of £25,000- £27,000 per annum, the company also offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a fantastic benefits package and great opportunities to develop.
