We are looking for a confident individual with excellent customer service skills to join our established client as a Service Manager. Based in Brackley this position will include leading and motivating a team while building and developing relationships with customers. The company is passionate about providing the highest levels of customer service and using their wealth of experience to continue spotting their customers.

The hours of work will consist of 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday.

Key Duties:
Manage a team of 10 engineers and customer service representatives.
Develop your team and support with the recruitment and training of your team.
Build relationships with customers, setting up service level agreements.
Oversee and offer support with technical operations as required.
Maintain and drive high levels of customer service.
Work alongside department managers to ensure project alignment.

You must:
Continually motivate your team.
Show a customer focused and service-oriented approach to your role.
Be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office packages.
Have experience working as a Team Leader or within a management role.
Demonstrate drive to succeed and support company targets.
Display confidence in your own ability and be able to problem solve efficiently.
Communicate effectively both written and verbally.

Experience from a similar background would be seen as advantageous.

Offering 35,000 per annum with a quarterly profit share bonus, this position is a great opportunity to join an excellent company.
